With any luck, you’ve stayed trim and fit this winter. If you haven’t, don’t fret. There’s still time. The easiest thing to do is to get out and walk, especially if you’re a walking golfer. Next step, get your wind up with a nice jog or walk up stairs. If you’re a gym-goer, continue with the program you set for yourself.
